your body is consciousness.

most are familiar with the saying: “mind over matter.” what you think is who you are. if you awake upset you‘ll most likely have a bad day. if you laugh the bodily pain seems to subside. everyone has experienced these at-least once in their lives. these are examples of this “mind over matter.” concept.

since over 99% of your body is space, then what is this space? this space is thought patterns or consciousness. your body can be considered a micro-universe governed by consciousness... by your thoughts.

your body is constantly communicating even the most subtle manifestations of your mind, bringing these expressions to the forefront so you can be conscious of your thoughts.

elementally, each part of your body represents mind manifestations. if they are positive, you feel healthy. if they are negative, you feel dis-ease. instead of being fearful about your body, or believing that the body is at war against you when you feel ill, take a moment to recognize your consciousness. what is the body saying? be still, stay present in the moment, and listen. what is your consciousness telling you?
